Terms and Conditions

  1. The prices are shown per room per night and in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) and are inclusive of GST for the numbers of persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.
  2. Reception hours: Monday – Friday 9am to 5:00pm | Saturday, Sunday & public holidays 9:00am to 4:00pm
  3. Check-in time is 3:00 pm. You are welcome to check in early if your accommodation is available. Please contact reception if you think you may be checking in outside of reception hours.
  4. Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs are a request only and cannot be guaranteed.
  5. All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or individual over the age of 18.
  6. Management has the right to refuse any booking.
  7. Payment in full for your reservation is required 48 hours prior to check-in, the card that you provided at the time of your reservation will be debited in full. Your reservation may be cancelled at the discretion of management if we are unable to do this. We accept Master Card and Visa.
  8. Car parking is available free of charge in an open-air car park within the accommodation complex, for vehicles only.
  9. Complimentary wireless internet is available.
  10. You have booked a self-contained apartment, the apartment is non-serviced. Daily servicing is available at an additional fee, please contact reception should you require this. Guests staying 7 days or longer receive a weekly complimentary service. All rooms are non-smoking and charges apply if you smoke in your room.
  11. Please check your booking confirmation details carefully and contact reception immediately should any amendments be required. Saltbush Retreat will assume that your reservation is correct if you have not advised us otherwise earlier than 48 hours prior to your arrival.
  12. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations 48hours prior to day of arrival and no shows incur a cancellation charge of the entire stay.
  13. You are responsible for all charges incurred to your room including damage, additional cleaning, and lost keys.
  14. Service animals are welcome. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate other ‘fur babies’ for the comfort of our guests and natural wildlife. A penalty of up to $350 will be charged to your account for extra cleaning and deodorising if this is not adhered to
  15. Excessive Noise Policy: For the benefit and comfort for all guests, Saltbush Retreat has a strict excessive noise policy. In the event any guest is responsible for creating excessive noise beyond 10pm management reserves the right to immediately request all offending individual(s) to vacate the premises. In addition, you will be required to settle the account prior to departure for any expense resulting from additional cleaning, replacement of any furniture/fixture/fitting breakage, as well as for any required repairs.
  16. Outdoor Bath Terrace including Saltbush facilities is for the exclusive use of guests in Slab Huts and Homestead Stables only.
  17. Loss or Damage, Saltbush Retreat bears no responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles / Equipment or personal belongings
  18. Unruly behaviour, any type of aggression, abuse or illegal activity will be reported to the police
  19. Smoking Policy – Our rooms are smoke free a penalty of $350 will be charged to your account for extra cleaning and deodorising if this policy is not adhered to
