Terms and Conditions

1.   The prices are shown per room per night and in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) and are inclusive of GST for the numbers of persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.

2.   Reception hours:  Monday – Friday 9am to 5:00pm | Saturday, Sunday & public holidays 9:00am to 4:00pm

3.   Check-in time is 2:00 pm. You are welcome to check in early if your accommodation is available. Please contact reception if you think you may be checking in outside of reception hours.

4.   Check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-outs are a request only and cannot be guaranteed.

5.   All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian over 18 cannot produce a current photo ID.

6.  Payment in full for your reservation is required 48 hours prior to check-in, the card that you provided at the time of your reservation will be debited in full.  Your reservation may be canceled at the discretion of management if we are unable to do this. We accept Master Card, Visa, Eftpos & cash.

7.  Car parking is available free of charge in an open-air car park within the accommodation complex.

8.   Complimentary wireless internet is available.

9.  You have booked a self-contained apartment, the apartment is non-serviced. Daily servicing is available at an additional fee, please contact reception should you require this. Guests staying 7 days or longer receive a weekly complimentary service.  All rooms are non-smoking and charges apply if you choose to smoke in your room.

10.   Please check the above details carefully and contact reception immediately should any amendments be required. Saltbush Retreat will assume that your reservation is correct if you have not advised us otherwise earlier than 48 hours prior to your arrival.

11.   Cancellation Policy: Cancellations after 2 pm on the day prior to arrival and no shows incur a cancellation charge of the first night’s accommodation.

12.  You are responsible for all charges incurred to your room, including damage.
