Terms and Conditions

1.   The prices are shown per room per night and in AUSTRALIAN DOLLARS (AUD) and are inclusive of GST for the numbers of persons and dates selected, unless otherwise indicated.

2.   Reception hours:  Monday – Friday 9am to 5:00pm | Saturday, Sunday & public holidays 9:00am to 4:00pm

3.   Check-in time is 2:00pm. You are welcome to check-in early if your accommodation is available. Please contact reception if you think you may be checking in outside of reception hours.

4.   Check-out time is 10:00am. Late check outs are a request only and cannot be guaranteed.

5.   Children 0-12 years occupying the same room with at least one adult and using existing bedding are Free of Charge. Additional charges may apply if extra beds or linen (including rollaway or cots) are required.

6.   All guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or individual over the age of 18. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal parent/guardian over 18 cannot produce current photo ID.

7.   Payment in full for your reservation is required on check-in. We accept Master Card, Visa, Eftpos & cash.

8.   Car parking is available free of charge in open air car park beside the accommodation complex.

9.   Complimentary wireless internet is available.

10.   As you have booked a self-contained apartment, the apartment is non-serviced. Daily servicing is available at an additional fee, please contact reception should you require this. Guests staying 7 days or longer receive a weekly complimentary service.  All rooms are non-smoking.

11.   Please check the above details carefully and contact reception immediately should any amendments be required. Saltbush Retreat will assume that your reservation is correct if you have not advised us otherwise earlier than 48 hours prior to your arrival.

12.  Cancellation Policy: Cancellations under 24 hours of arrival and no shows incur a cancellation charge of the first night’s accommodation.
